- 1 jar of marshmallow cream (7 oz.)
- 1 lb. confectioners' sugar/10x powered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 lb. caramels
Combine marshmallow cream, sugar and vanilla.
Knead together until firm. Shape into 5 logs.
Wrap in wax paper and freeze.
Melt caramels and 1 tbs. of water using a double boiler.
Dip frozen rolls into melted caramels then roll in chopped pecans.
Firmly press pecans into caramel.
