If the returned product is damaged or dirty, Bag-A-Nut will refund the value of the product at the remanufactured unit retail price (approximately 82% of customers cost). Badly damaged or old merchandise will be returned to the customer without refund. 

* Please note all shipping charges are nonrefundable.
* All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover original shipping cost.

No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods, or are simply done using the machine at the end of the harvest season.

Refunds will be issued by credit to the nominated credit card.
