- 1 box cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1-8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar-packed
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, water and sour cream.
Combine, in a separate bowl, brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans.
Put 1/2 the batter in a 13x9 greased pan.
Sprinkle a layer of 1/2 sugar mixture, then layer of the batter, then layer of sugar mixture.
Swirl with a knife.
Bake at 350*f for 30-35 minutes.
Glaze: Mix 1 cup powered sugar, 2 tbsp. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Drizzle glaze on cake.
